In social situations do you prefer listening or talking?

Why is that?

What experience have you had with that?

What special efforts do you take to get your ideas across to others?

Question the practicality of those answers (To make sure it’s not just a theory)

Does it seem effortless on your part to keep social conversations going with strangers?

Do you go overboard trying to convince others of your ideas?

For Manager Empathy

Needed more in sales, customer service and management positions than technical or clerical positions. A good profile for management or salesperson will rate high on this trait.
