Definition: The degree a person believes that the best way to approach people is being bold and also saying what is on one’s mind.

Definition in More Detail: The degree a person believes that the best way to approach people is being aggressive, to confront people, interrupt them, trying new approaches to sales even if a little unacceptable, asking deliberate questions and not being afraid to say what is on one’s mind. Although this trait is mainly measuring a belief system is also seems to measure assertive conduct or lack thereof.
