Attitude Average

This score on page 2 of our Behavioral Aptitude Assessments is the average of all the attitude and integrity traits. Below 30 indicates a better attitude where scores above 30 are leaning toward a poorer attitude.

• For salespeople, the 30 can be moved up to about a 33.

As a rough rule of thumb, 30 average is usually a 5 level of attitude but not always. A 3 average is usually in the 7’s level of attitude. A 50 average is usually in the 2’s level of attitude.  The level of attitude is more important than the average attitude.
